Terms & Conditions

1. Ownership of the Program
The 'Shop2go' Program is proprietary to Shop2go Sdn Bhd (Company), where acceptance of any individual into the Program is subject to the Company's approval. Once accepted, participation by the individual (Member) in the Program is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. The Program is only valid at the Company's branded supermarket outlets in Kuching or at registered participating merchants.

2. Membership Eligibility
Applicants must agree to the terms and conditions to become Members. The Company reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions at any time.

3. Membership Participation
The 'Shop2go' Program is open to all citizens and non-residents aged 18 and above. Applicants will only be considered Members upon successful registration at the counter and issuance of a membership number to enjoy the Program's benefits and rewards.

4. Membership Application Fee
The application fee for 'Shop2go' is RM10, valid for lifetime membership.

5. Reward Points Rules
One loyalty point is awarded for every RM1 (excluding tax) spent on Qualifying Purchases. Points are accumulated on a per-outlet basis for all Qualifying Purchases made at respective outlets, while all online purchases are combined into one total, regardless of outlet.

6. Points Eligibility
Members must spend a minimum of RM1 in a single transaction to qualify for points.

7. Points Record and Review
Once loyalty points are credited to the 'Shop2go' account, a transaction receipt prepared by the cashier at the checkout counter will be issued to the Member. This receipt serves as conclusive proof of the Qualifying Purchases made, and the points will reflect in the 'Shop2go' account within 24 hours. Members can check loyalty transactions for up to 6 months via the 'Shop2go' Mobile App.

8. Exclusions from Points Calculation
a. All government-controlled items (e.g., rice, cooking oil, sugar, flour);
b. Gift card/cash voucher purchases;
c. Delivery and service charges.

9. Point Transfers and Redemptions
Points credited to the 'Shop2go' account cannot be transferred to another Member, another card issued by the Company, or combined with another Member's points. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. Walk-In Purchase Benefits
For walk-in purchases, Members must present their 'Shop2go' card or electronic membership on the Company's Mobile App to the cashier before every transaction to enjoy benefits and rewards.

11. Changes to Items and Rewards System
The Company reserves the right to determine, vary, or change the qualifying items and/or points awarding system without prior notice.

12. Points Expiry
Accumulated points will expire if the Member's account remains dormant for more than 365 calendar days.

13. Automatic Termination of Membership
Membership will automatically terminate if the account remains inactive for two (2) calendar years, and all unredeemed points will be forfeited. Members must reapply for a new membership card to rejoin the Program.

14. Voluntary Withdrawal
Members can choose to leave the Program at any time, but doing so will result in the forfeiture of all points, rewards, or vouchers already accrued.

15. Finality of Points Awarding System
The points awarding system's decision is final, and no disputes will be entertained.

16. Member's Responsibility
Members are responsible for notifying Shop2go Sdn Bhd of any changes to personal details or lost/damaged cards.

17. Updating Personal Data
Members must update or correct their personal data through the Shop2go Sdn Bhd Mobile App regularly.

18. Use of Personal Data
Members agree that their personal data may be used by the Company for the following purposes:
a. Linking the card to the Member and updating information (if required);
b. Processing the Member's application for related services;
c. Managing, operating, and maintaining the Member's account;
d. Designing new or improving existing services;
e. Communication between the Company and Members;
f. Investigating complaints, suspicious transactions, or service improvements;
g. Crime or fraud prevention/detection;
h. Disclosure as required by law.

19. Marketing
Members are automatically subscribed to the marketing mailing list upon registration and will receive marketing information and updates via SMS, notifications, email (e-DM), or direct mail (DM).

20. Fraud or Abuse of Points
Any fraud or abuse concerning points will result in membership cancellation, loss of accumulated points, and possible revocation of rewards.

21. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to amend or change the program's features and benefits, including terms and conditions, without prior notice.

22. Limitation of Liability
The Company will not be liable for losses caused by:
a. Failure of reward suppliers to comply with terms;
b. Restrictions, suspension, or cancellation of the card;
c. Failure to notify changes in terms, participating companies, qualifying purchases, or awarded points.

23. System Errors
The Company will not be liable for point losses due to system or equipment errors.

24. Uncontrollable Events
The Company will not be responsible for losses caused by uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, system failures, or other external circumstances.
